...1 God, 3 Hearts, 1 Passion...

What JOY! What FUN! If you've kept up with Isabelle's blog, you know that God brought these 3 little hearts together by His grand design (see Feb. posts!) Cara (On left) and Neva (Center) both wanted to raise $5000 to build a home in Haiti with Isabelle. Last night Cara held her Talent Show. We were able to be apart of our good friend Cara's talent show last night to build a home in Haiti. There were many, many young children who showed off their talents to raise money for the Global Orphan Project. It was a wonderful event and Cara did reach her goal of $5000! We are all SO proud of her for listening to God and OBEYING!!! Way to go CARA!

From Isabelle: "I am so excited that Cara and Neva are helping me raise money for homes in Haiti. I hope that we can keep doing this together. I am so excited that Cara finished her house! I can't wait for Neva's talent show."
"You can still buy my cards at the Global Orphan Project website. But, I am wanting to do special order cards if you want something different than what is available. For example, birthday cards, or thank you cards. I can only do about 10-20 cards per order. So let me know if you have an order. Thanks! Love, Isabelle"

You are an amazing person Isabelle. I actually knew your mother, Kelly, back when she was a youth pastor at Crist Church when I was in high school. Keep up the good work. Why I Love Orphans

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!!! I feel this year will be full of promise and God's blessings.  Lately, I have been thinking about the true reason behind why I help orphans.  My work for Him comes from three main principles:  1.  Wait for HIS timing. Waiting on Him requires patience, it's not always easy, but who said following God and having patience would be easy? 2.  TRUST His plan for me. Trusting in Him is the basics of faith!  When you trust Him, you are showing Him you believe in and want His plan for your life. 3.  I couldn't let a problem go UNANSWERED.  After hearing about orphans and the daily struggles in their lives, I couldn't just stand back and watch.  I wanted to do something more.  Helping orphans, I believe is what God is asking me to do, now and in my future life.  These children mean to much to me, as a teenager I know what it means to have a good home, a warm bed and nice clothes. 1st Annual GO Project Run/Walk

What a fun morning with friends and for a GREAT cause! We were joined by our friends Myah & her mom Annie as we walked 3.2 miles for the Global Orphan Project. It was raining as we drove to the event, but THANKFULLY it did not rain on us at the walk! Isabelle was asked to start the race! She was pumped and got to blow a LOUD horn! She's in the pink pants/white shirt on the STUMP! Our 3 little racers finished in about 47 minutes!! Racin' for a great cause!

"Worship God, Change the World!"  World Mandate 2012 Waco, TX 5,000 people, awesome worship, amazing speakers, rich times of prayer, hilarious laughter, and IMPACT NOW - a creative place to engage and do something to CHANGE THE WORLD! We love the vision, the heart, the passion behind World Mandate - it's a place to catch vision, to be inspired, and to be moved into action for God's purposes in the world. In September 2011, Isabelle designed a WM exclusive card in order to raise funds to build a home in Rukore Village, Uganda.  She sold out of the 300 boxes and we had to take orders for more.  The home was built in March 2012 and the children have moved in!  This completed her 9th home!! This year for WM, Isabelle designed a new card based on photos she'd seen of the home in Rukore, Uganda.  We took 400 boxes - that's 4000 cards to sell with all of the proceeds going to the life care costs for the children living in that home for 3 years. ...
